Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Delivery is made by:

- Lithuanian Post for standard delivery orders up to 2 kg and heavier. Delivery time is 4-7 working days inside the EU and 5-21 working days rest of the world.
- DPD for orders heavier than 2 kg inside EU. Delivery time is 2-5 working days.
- DHL Express and Fedex for orders heavier than 2 kg, if chosen by a customer, and out of Europe. Delivery time is 2-5 working days.

Shipment is made within 5 working days after receiving your payment (although we do our best to ship the ordered item as soon as possible). All our packages items have tracking numbers, so we will e-mail you these tracking numbers once your parcel is shipped. 

The estimated delivery times above are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Swingy Nest is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. Please also note that the shipping as stated above is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches it’s destination country.

 

RETURNS

We at Swingy Nest hope that you will love your purchases. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, that’s why we have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be sent back to us in the original condition you received them from us, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the delivery to return the item to us.

When returning items Swingy Nest will not credit the shipping costs made upon purchase.

Sale items and custom made, or personalised items are NON REFUNDABLE.

Faulty items must be reported immediately after receipt, and returned to us (if required) for claiming against the carrier if applicable. In this case we will pay for the cost of the return, and of course we will send you a replacement item with many many apologies! We will refund the value of the item returned along with any postage and packaging you paid for when you placed the order. However, as our products are not factory made but handmade, they are individually inspected before shipping them our to our customers.

Items to be returned should be sent to: Swingy Nest, Vingriu 5B-4, Vilnius, LT-01141, Lithuania. Please remember to obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate. If your parcel gets lost on the way back to us, we will need to obtain a copy of this to issue a refund/exchange.
